Shipping

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we are shipping to all non-quarantine Australian states. This includes, VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and ACT.
At this stage we are unable to ship to NT, WA and TAS.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $15

When will my order ship?
We ship our orders express via AusPost on Mondays and Tuesdays only to minimise transit time. Our order cut off time is 8.00pm AEST Monday for same-week shipping. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the following Monday. You will recieve your tracking number between the Saturday to Monday once labels are printed.

Why did I receive more than one tracking number?
We try our best to combine all plants in your order into one package. However, sometimes this is not possible and we will need to spread it across more than one package. If this happens, we will let you know how many parcels to keep your eye out for.

How will my plants be shipped?
We will generally ship all plants in their nursery pots to reduce stress. If this is not possible, you will see this in the item description where we will let you know how it will be shipped. All plants are different, and will sometimes require different packaging as such. We take great care to ensure it is packaged as appropriately as possible. Recycled and clean reused packaging will be used where possible.

I'm in Geelong, do my plants have to be posted to me?
If you are in the Geelong area, we will deliver your plants to you to avoid the risk of shipping stress. Immediate Geelong suburbs will recieve free shipping while for outer suburbs, he shipping fee is given to our courier service and you will have your plants within 48 hours regardless of the day of week. If you are outside of the immediate Geelong suburbs or would rather pick the plant up and save on the delivery fee, please read below.

Can I pick my plant up instead?
Absolutely! While we are an online store, we offer pickup from Lara, Victoria 3212. Just choose click-and-collect on checkout and you will receive an email or SMS from us when your plants are ready for you.

Why does my plant look a bit different from the photo?
While every plant is photographed individually and sold as the exact plant shown, they are living things. As time passes from photograph to sale, the plant may grow new leaves or lose old ones. If a plant changes dramatically though, we update photographs as soon as possible.
